As part of Prime Navigation, I am responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers while developing a prosperous referral base through outside channels.
After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Shipping Studies, I decided to put my solid analytical and business development skill to good use by following a career as a sales manager to various shipping companies.
Within a short period, I was promoted to Sales Director which allowed me to excel in Business Planning, Operation Management and 21st Century Sales Methodology. When invited to join Prime Navigation team, I gladly undertook the major role of empowering the overall performance of the company and was inspired by their unique vision.
I am responsible for implementing effective promotional strategies, boosting our corporate image, developing a target-oriented mindset with accountability to personal and professional development, contributing strategic ideas as well as building long-term relationships with our customers while developing a prosperous referral base through outside channels.
Along with meeting targets, I coach my team members to develop their individual skills so as to build a strong team capacity which will enable us to provide you with high service standards. We just started and we would like you on board with us.
