Having served at sea – on ocean going vessels – for more than ten (10) years, I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to the world of weather and ocean currents and their effect on vessels’ hull as well as their impact on our daily lives.

Despite not having enough resources at my disposal during that time, I was invited to join International Routeing Services S.A., one of the most respectful companies worldwide. I cannot begin to explain what an unexpected honour that membership was, since I had the opportunity to work and share my vision with well-seasoned masters with more than 50 years of experience in this field, let alone the fact that I had access to their hard, unbiased work which earned them a leading position in the global shipping industry.

For this and many other reasons, I was compelled to top off the tank of my own knowledge. After 15 years of hard teamwork, I was admitted to participate actively in the fields of speed claim damages and the decision making processes held in High Courts and Arbitration awards, thus becoming an expert in this difficult and demanding world.

Over the last two years, I have devoted my attention to the Greek Shipping Industry and the severe shortages it suffers concerning weather and routing services. Following the same ethics but different perspectives, my team and I are proud to announce the generation of Prime Navigation Shipping and Services, a Greek company established to support the Greek shipping community.

The basis of our vision is our innovative approach when it comes to legal matters, yachting and cruising services as well as the bunkering of the vessels in connection with Prime Watch, our daily weather monitoring conducted by our expert team of weather analysts.

And this is just the beginning of our network of ventures that hopefully will improve the circumstances in the Greek Shipping Industry.
