Mr. Sideris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ioannina, Greece. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Global Shipping Management from the University of Greenwich and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Bolton. He is currently a PhD candidate in Leadership & Management at the University of Bolton, where he is researching the impact of personality traits and behavior on effective leadership and management.

Mr. Sideris has extensive experience in project management and human resources management. He has worked as a consultant and board member for shipping, law, insurance, and e-commerce companies in Greece and Cyprus. Mr. Sideris is a highly motivated and results-oriented manager with a passion for human resources. He is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees.
